ASSESSMENT

Assessments are for any new athletes ages 10 - 18 looking to join OA Sports & Speed training. Parents can book a 60 minute 1-on-1 slot to get started. We will contact you shortly after booking with more info.

Our focus is to provide full-service programs designed to help athletes of all ages and all sports get stronger, faster, more agile, and stay healthy. We offer complete and coordinated programs that provide speed, strength, conditioning, and flexibility all under one roof.
